At a recent training session when I was talking about “The Power of Attitude”, I referred to attitude as Heads or Tails. I am a firm believer that the attitude that you bring to work or home is a choice. You may even have a valid reason for being negative however it’s still a choice you make and it will definitely affect your performance.
So the question is; what side of the coin are you choosing, Heads or tails?
