Where has he been, indeed

Bravo on your editorial in the September 1999 SBN titled, “Too little, too late.” I am a resident of East Cooke Road and have never seen or heard of Dick Jacobs in my eight years in Columbus till now. Bring on Polaris!

He doesn’t care

Your editorial in the September issue of SBN was “right on.” Just about the time Jacobs had the Northland locals whipped into a frenzy to “save” the mall, he shows his true colors (emphasis on the money shade of green) and announces his plans to sell. Now that’s commitment for you; he couldn’t care less about embarrassing the very people who were supporting him.

I enjoyed your commentary in “Too little, too late.”

You said it best

Your editorial, “Too little, too late,” expresses my sentiments far better than I could ever write. Perhaps that is the reason you are the editor of SBN. In the unlikely event that Herb Glimcher has not read your article, I’m passing it along to him.
