Steven Cook joined AWS as vice president in Central and Southern Indiana. AWS is a nonprofit organization that provides residential, vocational and recreational services to children and adults with disabilities.
Cook formerly was state director of The Indiana Mentor Network. In addition, his previous work experience includes director positions at the Division of Disability, Aging and Rehabilitative Services and the Bureau of Developmental Disability Services. He is past board director for the Brain Injury Association of Indiana and serves on the board of directors for the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Cook earned a bachelor of science degree in public and environmental affairs from Indiana University and a master of science degree in education from Butler University.

TelSpan appointed Nicole Keys sales manager.
Keys’ primary responsibilities include managing TelSpan’s team of inside sales professionals and support staff, increasing productivity and revenue, and implementing new procedures and processes.
Keys relocated to the Indianapolis area from Tampa, Fla., to continue her sales management career. In both cities, she managed teams of inside and outside sales professional and sales support staff. She was named one of South Tampa’s Top Young Professionals in 2004. Keys was also a volunteer for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing from Florida State University and is pursuing her MBA at Indiana University. Keys also holds certifications in project management, human resources and management from Villanova and Tulane Universities.
GREATER INDIANAPOLIS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Roland M. Dorson was named president of the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
Dorson has worked as executive vice president of the chamber since 1991. He previously worked as vice president of the Indiana Retail Council and for the Indiana State Senate.

Allen R. Wilkie was named as president and CEO of Remy International Inc.’s M&M Knopf Auto Parts LLC effective April 1 following the retirement of H. “Woody” Knopf.
Wilkie is vice president, finance and special projects for Remy.
Wilkie has served Remy in several senior executive financial and business development roles for the past 10 years. Previously, he was controller for Ameron International and held positions of increasing responsibility with GenCorp/General Tire over a 16-year period.
LAUTH PROPERTY GROUP
The Lauth Property Group appointed Kelly Ivcevich executive director of the Lauth Property Group Foundation Inc. She works to coordinate a comprehensive giving program.
Ivcevich was also promoted to senior director, marketing within the company. She most recently worked as director, marketing. She joined the company in 2002.
Ivcevich has volunteered with the Junior League of Indianapolis, the Women’s Fund OPTIONS Program and the Arts Grants Panel for the Central Indiana Community Foundation. She has also served on the boards of directors for the John H. Stewart Foundation for Disadvantaged Children and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Ivcevich earned a master of arts degree in philanthropic studies from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing from Saint Mary’s College.

Mark Boxer was promoted to chief information officer and executive vice president, technology and operations, of WellPoint. Boxer also retains responsibilities for e-business and enterprise operations.
In his previous position, Boxer led consumer-driven health plans, enterprise services, AdminaStar Federal and United Government Services for WellPoint.
After the close of the merger with WellChoice Inc., Dr. Michael Stocker, president and CEO of WellChoice, became president and CEO of a newly formed East Region of WellPoint. Stocker has responsibility for business operations in New York, Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Virginia. He also serves on WellPoint’s executive leadership team.

Don Van der Wiel was hired as chief financial officer for Gregg Appliances Inc.
Van der Wiel previously worked as vice president of finance for Buffets Holdings Inc. Prior to that, he worked as controller for three years, overseeing the accounting and finance departments of the company. He also served as controller for Things Remembered Inc. and as vice president of finance for the retail division of The William Carter Co. Van der Wiel also worked in various capacities at Sears, Roebuck and Co. for eight years.

Jim Hayman was named chief operating officer of Wishard Health Services.
Hayman previously worked as senior vice president of clinical support services at Parkland Health and Hospital System in Dallas.
