Landmark Plastic Corp. promoted Gerald D. Stethem to president and COO.
He previously worked as executive vice president and CFO of the company.

Prior to joining Landmark, Stethem spent approximately 10 years with NCS HealthCare Inc., a publicly held national distributor of pharmaceutical products, as senior vice president and CFO. He previously spent seven years with Ernst & Young LLP as a manager in the Entrepreneurial Services Group.
RPM International Inc.
RPM International Inc. promoted Lonny R. DiRusso to vice president, information technology, and Matthew T. Ratajczak to vice president, global taxes.
DiRusso has been director of information technology since shortly after joining RPM as management information systems manager in 1996. With 20 years of experience in information technology and computer programming, he is responsible for RPM’s corporate information systems, global network and corporatewide IT capital spending. In addition, he chairs RPM’s IT Management Committee and represents IT in RPM’s other management groups, including finance, human resources, research and development, operations, environmental health and safety, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining RPM, DiRusso was a computer business analyst consultant with CAP Gemini America, a consultant, team leader and account manager with Computer Task Group and a programmer with Comsol Corp.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University.
Ratajczak joined RPM as director of taxes in 2004, with responsibility for all areas of worldwide tax compliance as well as for developing the strategic direction and management of RPM’s domestic and international tax issues. Ratajczak began his career in the Cleveland office of Ernst & Young LLP and later spent four years as director, global tax, with Noveon Inc. He graduated from Kent State University and is a CPA.
Kent State University- Stark Campus
Kent State University appointed Betsy Boze dean of the Kent State University Stark Campus.
Boze most recently worked for 11 years as dean of the School of Business at the University of Texas Brownsville and Texas Southmost College in Brownsville. She was the inaugural dean.
Boze also worked as an American Council on Education Fellow at Tulane University, serving as an assistant to the president.
She earned her bachelor of science degree in psychology, her MBA from Southern Methodist University and her doctoral degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas.
Babcox Publications
Amy Antenora joined Babcox Publications as managing editor for the company’s Counterman and BodyShop Business magazines, as well as its online news service, aftermarketNews.com. She will also serve on Babcox’s corporate marketing committee.
Antenora previously worked as managing editor of aftermarketNews.com at Babcox before joining the Akron Art Museum as its communications officer.
RPM International Inc.
RPM International Inc. hired Michael Matchinga as manager, human resource information systems.
Matchinga will manage the ongoing conversion to and use of a new human resources information system. He comes to RPM from its Tremco subsidiary, where he worked for two years as a human resource information systems specialist. He was previously human resource information coordinator for Cardinal Health Inc. in Dublin.
Matchinga earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on human resources from The Ohio State University.
Melissa Curzi was promoted to senior internal auditor.
Curzi, who has been with RPM for three years, has been responsible for helping the company meet the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act’s Section 404 on internal controls. In her new position, she will continue to help RPM move to continuous monitoring of its internal controls.
Curzi earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University and is a CPA.
