The steering wheel on a car is used to make sure that your vehicle remains under your control at all times while it is moving.
Questions are also like a steering wheel. They will give you the ability to ensure that the conversation stays on track and you don’t lose control.
Remember it’s not telling and talking (out of control). It’s asking and listening which gives you total control of the conversation.
