Outsourcing is becoming a rising trend during these low unemployment times, Central Ohio CEOs say.
Nearly 70 percent of business executives and other area leaders say human resources outsourcing is on the rise, according to a representative survey conducted by Opinion Strategies Inc. and sponsored by Grange Insurance.
Answers were similar regarding trends in public relations and marketing, as well in as legal services. Outsourcing for accounting was the only category in which more of the 100-plus respondents said the trend was staying the same rather than increasing.
Sounds like the new “help wanted” cry is: Let someone else find ’em.
