Skoda, Minotti & Co. promoted Christopher G. Sivak to partner. Peter A. Bellini was hired as senior manager in the tax department.

*Leo Rosner joined Cleveland Financial Group as a financial planner specializing in wealth accumulation planning.

The Benefits Group Agency Inc. added Joseph Scaffidi as a consultant specializing in 401(k) trust plans and employee benefits and Ken Klubnik as a consultant in charge of employee benefits and retirement plans.

First Federal of Lakewood has introduced Lakewood Investment Services, a business unit that offers investment products, financial planning and educational seminars.

Fifth Third Bank received top ratings from PLANSPONSOR Magazine‘s Defined Contribution Survey. The magazine says Fifth Third provides “exceptional customer service and the best retirement plan and pension products in the industry.”

*Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. promoted Joann Wirtz to vice president and manager of branch operations and support, and Joyce M. Davis to banking officer, retail sales manager of its Brunswick office.
