Professional Radiology Inc. (PRI) named Dr. Raymond C. Rost Jr. president and CEO.

Rost is a board-certified radiologist licensed in Ohio and Kentucky. He attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and after graduating, served an internship in internal medicine at The Jewish Hospital. Following his internship, Rost completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in angiography, interventional radiology and body imaging at The University Hospital.

He became medical director for the department of radiology at The Christ Hospital in 1997. He was instrumental in the merger of Cinhio Diagnostic Imaging and Radiologic Consultants, the radiology groups that served Christ and Jewish hospitals. When these groups merged in 1997, one of the largest and most progressive radiology groups in the region, Professional Radiology Inc., was formed.

Rost is a member of the American College of Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society and a member and past president of the Greater Cincinnati Radiological Society. He has published several articles and given numerous presentations on radiology topics at universities, hospitals and professional societies. He succeeds Dr. Terry D. Traiforos.

NEW RICHMOND NATIONAL BANK

New Richmond National Bank elected Gregory Niesen president and CEO. In his new position, Niesen leads the daily management and operations of New Richmond, which has five locations in Clermont County.

Niesen is the former secretary and treasurer for Cincinnati-based Winton Savings and Loan, which recently was acquired by WesBanco Inc. Prior to that, he was CFO of Centennial Bank. He serves as treasurer of the Ohio Valley Chapter of the Financial Managers Society and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

CINCINNATI FINANCIAL CORP.

Cincinnati Financial Corp. appointed Charles P. Stoneburner manager of field claims, which continues as a division of operations. Field claims operates through a 750-strong force of field claims representatives who respond to policyholder claims in communities across 31 states.

Stoneburner continues as assistant vice president of The Cincinnati Insurance Co. and its subsidiaries, The Cincinnati Casualty Co. and The Cincinnati Indemnity Co., which together form the company’s property casualty group. Stoneburner advanced through the ranks, serving as field claims manager for southwestern Virginia before joining the headquarters claims department in 1990. He holds a degree in management from Virginia Tech and earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter professional designation in 1994.

PROFESSIONAL RADIOLOGY INC.

Professional Radiology Inc. and The Christ Hospital appointed Dr. Richard B. Budde Jr. medical director of radiology.

Budde is a board-certified radiologist. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, Greater Cincinnati Radiological Society, Society of Interventional Radiology, American Medical Association, Ohio State Medical Association and Cincinnati Academy of Medicine.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in the division of Cardiovascular & Interventional Radiology at The Ohio State University and a residency and transitional internship at St. Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh.

HILL TOP RESEARCH

Hill Top Research promoted Joel Ivers to senior vice president and the newly created COO role. Ivers rejoined Hill Top in 2002 as general manager after more than 10 years working in the clinical research, biotechnology and information technology industries. He was vice president of marketing and client relations for Hill Top from 1985 to 1990, and prior to that, worked for Johnson and Johnson.

In his new role, Ivers is responsible for all Hill Top business units, as well as business development, recruiting and biostatistics and data management.

Hill Top also hired John Murta as vice president and CFO. Murta joins the company from Aquionics, where he was president. Prior to that, he was president and CEO for Fiber Visions, a maker of fibers for the personal hygiene products market, and CFO for Elumen Solutions, a health and information technology consulting firm.

At Hill Top, Murta will oversee the accounting/finance, human resource and information technology departments.

VORYS, SATER, SEYMOUR AND PEASE LLP

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP named William D. G. Baldwin a partner in the Cincinnati office.

Baldwin’s practice focuses on real estate and commercial transactions, with a specialty in multifamily housing finance, elderly care finance and HUD/FHA programs. Prior to joining Vorys, Baldwin worked in the institutional trust areas at the Northern Trust Co. in Chicago and Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati. He is a member of the American and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
