Summa Health System named Michael J. Papsidero, M.D., F.A.C.S, vice president of medical affairs at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital (CFGH).
“We welcome Dr. Papsidero and are delighted he has joined the hospital,” says Kathleen Rice, president and COO at CFGH. “We are very fortunate to have someone with his background and experience serve in this role at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital.”
Before joining Summa, Papsidero served in senior administrative roles at Marymount Hospital, including as vice president of product line development, chairman of the surgical operation council, co-chair of the board of trustees’ Mission Effectiveness Committee and vice president for surgical services development.
He has also been chairman of the Public Health Council of the State of Ohio, a member of the Governor’s Task Force on Reorganization of the Department of Health and a delegate for the Ohio State Medical Association. Papsidero received his medical degree from the University of Michigan and completed his residency in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, at the University of Michigan Medical Center.
He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a professional fellow of the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.
OHIO & ERIE CANAL CORRIDOR COALITION
The Ohio & Erie Canal Corridor Coalition elected KeyBank’s Nick Gattozzi as a board member. Gattozzi is vice president and relationship manager for KeyBank, providing banking and financing options for government entities, colleges and universities, school districts and nonprofits in Key’s Akron, Canton and Mahoning Valley markets.
Gattozzi became involved with the coalition during his 10 years of work on behalf of U.S. Sen. George V. Voinovich. As district director for Voinovich’s Cleveland regional office, Gattozzi oversaw the senator’s daily operations in 21 Northeast Ohio counties, managing office operations and serving as a key adviser to and representative of the senator on a wide range of issues affecting businesses, government, schools and nonprofits.
Prior to Voinovich’s Senate service, Gattozzi served Gov. Voinovich as the assistant economic development representative in the governor’s Economic Development office in Cleveland and as the deputy director of communications for the Industrial Commission of Ohio in Columbus.

Audio-Technica appointed Tamara Hoffman vice president, finance, and chief financial officer. Hoffman directs the continued implementation of A-T’s plan for large-scale, long-term growth and manages resources to maximize return and meet financial goals.
Hoffman is former CFO of ProviderGateway Inc. and former vice president finance, controller, at PerkinElmer LAS Inc. She is also a past president of her local United Way chapter and a member of Quota Club International.

Vincent J. Tersigni and Ashley M. Manfull joined Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease’s Akron office in the Labor and Employment Practice Group.
Tersigni serves as of counsel and focuses his practice exclusively on representing employers in both the public and private sectors on issues such as employment discrimination and noncompetition litigation, wage-hour, unemployment compensation, civil rights, union negotiations and elections, and NLRB and OSHA matters. He is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law.
Manfull is an associate and focuses on representation of public- and private-sector employers on matters including effective employment counseling, employment-related litigation and traditional labor law before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She regularly advises on issues including state and federal civil rights acts, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act and wage and hour laws.
YOUNG TRUCK SALES INC.
Young Truck Sales Inc. of Canton hired two new associates, Randall Dunbar and Craig Johns.
Dunbar joined Young Truck Sales as its lease manager. He has more than 20 years of experience in truck service management in the Canton and Akron areas and oversees Young’s fleet of lease trucks in his new position.
Johns was hired as a medium-duty sales engineer. He specializes in Freightliner’s M2 Business Class of trucks and provides truck operators with unique and dedicated solutions for their truck needs.
KEYBANK
The KeyBank Eastern Ohio District named Milton J. Haynes assistant vice president and relationship manager for KeyBank’s Oil & Gas Producers Group. Haynes serves as the account manager for independent and diversified oil and gas companies within the Appalachian, Michigan and Illinois basins.
Previously, he worked as a senior underwriter and portfolio manager for KeyBank’s energy lending and commercial financing efforts. In addition, he spent five years working in commercial and corporate lending capacities for Bank One and five years in production capacities for a regional oil and gas company.
A Marietta College graduate, Haynes is a member of the Ohio Oil & Gas Association.
