Fred Krum, director of the Akron-Canton Airport, has been named Executive of the Year by the Sales & Marketing Executives of Akron. Under Krum’s leadership, the airport was named the eighth fastest growing airport in the country.

Sarah Howes McIntosh has been selected by the Canton Jaycees to receive its Distinguished Service Award, presented in recognition of outstanding volunteer service by a member of the community over the age of 40. Howes McIntosh is the assistant vice president of private banking for United Bank.
