Dennis Bierman joined Enterprise Bank as vice president and relationship manager.

Donald Coleman was appointed senior vice president in corporate operations by National City Bank of Pennsylvania. Colby Bono was appointed assistant vice president in the credit department for Pittsburgh. Glenn Dobis joined as field examiner and credit officer in corporate field exam for Pennsylvania.

Sherry Weinman joined Yanni Partners as database administrator. David Hammerstein was appointed chief strategist.

Jeffrey Uselman was promoted to senior vice president of NorthSide Bank. He is also the bank’s chief technology officer and head of operations. Beverly Stulen is the bank’s administrative officer and assistant corporate secretary.

Marianne Hogg was named executive director for Covenant at South Hills, B’nai B’rith’s premier life care community, under construction in Mt. Lebanon.

Kathleen Engelmeier joined Ohio Valley General Hospital as director, staff development.

John McIlvaine, a shareholder and attorney with The Well Law Firm, was certified as an arbitrator by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott named as partners Timothy Coon, practicing in product liability, toxic tort, intellectual property and general commercial litigation; Kathleen Gallagher, practicing in commercial litigation, zoning and white-collar criminal defense; Daniel Orie, representing clients in product liability, general commercial disputes and municipal law; Jeffrey Ray, concentrating on general and commercial litigation, product liability, personal injury, malpractice a sports law; and Kathryn English, practicing in employee benefits and focusing on ERISA, tax matters and executive compensation.

Bonnie Brimmeier joined Meyer, Darragh, Buckler, Bebeneck & Eck as a partner in the municipal and civil rights group.

Christopher Passodelis Jr. joined law firm Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir. His practice focuses on representing small, medium and large manufacturing, retail and institutional clients on matters involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, initial and secondary public offerings.

James Bauerle, an attorney with the DKW Law Group PC, has been invited to serve on the banking and financial services advisory board formed by U.S. Rep. Melissa Hart.
