T. Kendall Hunt served as CEO of VASCO
Data Security International Inc. from inception through July 1996. At that time, given
that 97 percent of VASCO’s business was in
Europe, Hunt recommended the promotion
of one of his Belgian executives to the CEO
position, while Hunt remained as executive
chairman.

During the following years, the company’s results began to deteriorate and the
board decided Hunt should return as
CEO. In late 2002, Hunt assumed the
CEO role, and since that point in time,
the company has posted 20 consecutive
quarters of positive results under his
management. In fact, throughout the last
several years, the company has achieved
revenue growth and profitability that exceeds any of its competitors and peer-group
companies.

Through these past and present actions,
Hunt has earned respect as VASCO’s visionary leader among management, staff and the
board. He has attracted extraordinary talent
into key executive and leadership positions
that ensure the company can meet and
exceed its growth objectives.

Hunt’s experience in the security technology marketplace, the personal alliances he
has forged with key decision-makers in the
financial industry, along with the personal
sacrifices and financial risks Hunt has taken
to ensure the growth of the company, all
demonstrate his passion for the business
and its people to succeed.

Hunt has recently directed VASCO’s
expansion into new locations, opening its
European headquarters in Zürich and creating wholly-owned sales subsidiaries in
Brazil and Japan.
