Lannett Co. Inc. promoted Arthur P. Bedrosian to CEO, succeeding William Farber. He previously worked as the company’s president.
He began his industry career in 1968 and has more than 37 years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry. He has been with Lannett since 2000, when he joined as a director. In 2002, he left the board to become vice president, business development. Later that same year he was appointed president, a position he retains with his new responsibilities.
“I was confident of my decision to ask Arthur to join the board in 2000, and since then, he has diligently worked to grow the company,” Farber says. “Arthur is a highly qualified executive who has the depth of experience necessary for Lannett to continue to prosper…We believe the outlook for the generic drug industry is excellent and that Arthur has the vision needed to capitalize on the myriad opportunities for Lannett.”
Prior to joining Lannett, Bedrosian headed several drug manufacturing companies, including Trinity Laboratories Inc., Pharmeral Inc. and Pharmaceutical Ventures Ltd. He also worked as executive vice president of Liquipharm Inc. and vice president of sales and subsidiary operations at Zenith Laboratories.

Mindbridge Software appointed Ed Golderer vice president of sales.
He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in sales and strategic alliance development. Before joining Mindbridge, he worked as vice president of sales and marketing at Neoware. He has also worked in executive positions at Decision Data, Ameriquest/Robec Inc., Computerware and Okidata.

I-trax Inc. appointed Jack A. Smith to its board of directors.
Smith founded The Sports Authority in 1987 and served as chairman and CEO of the company until his departure in 1999. Prior to that, he worked as chief operating officer of Herman’s Sporting Goods. Before Herman’s, he worked in various executive positions with Sears & Roebuck, Montgomery Ward and Jefferson Stores. He also served as president and CEO of Diana Shops.

Traffic.com Inc. promoted Margaret Cronan to vice president/general manager, television.
She oversees the sales, affiliation and product development for the company’s traffic pulse television division. Prior to this role, she worked as television news consultant and director of programming for the company. Before joining the company in 2005, she worked as executive producer of Banyan Productions’ “Trading Spaces: Boys vs. Girls.” She also served as news director for WBAL-TV in Baltimore and WPBF-TV in West Palm Beach, Fla. In addition, she worked as senior producer at WNBC-TV in New York and associate producer at KCAL-TV in Los Angeles.

Rheologics Inc. hired Dr. Ralph E. Holsworth Jr. to its managing director team.
Prior to joining the company, he worked as president of N-ZymeCeuticals. He has also served as medical staff officer at Jicarilla Indian Health Service, public health service in Dulce, N.M.

InfraSource Services Inc. elected J. Michal Conaway to its board of directors and appointed him to the company’s audit committee.
He is CEO of Peregrine Group LLC, which he founded in 2002. He also founded a private consulting practice in 2000. He previously worked in numerous management, executive and director positions, including 15 years as chief financial officer and principal financial officer of major SEC registrant companies.

Novavax Inc. appointed Rick A. Bright to vice president, vaccine research.
He most recently worked as immunologist and virologist, team leader of the antiviral drug program in the influenza branch at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta. He has also worked as senior research scientist and project manager, vaccine and immunology programs at Altea Therapeutics.
SUNOCO INC.
Sunoco Inc. promoted Joel H. Maness to executive vice president of refining and supply. He joined the company in 2000 as senior vice president in charge of Northeast refining and chemicals. Prior to that, he spent 27 years at Mobil, where he worked in a variety of positions in health, environmental and safety, refining, marketing, supply and finance.
Also at Sunoco, Michael J. Hennigan was named senior vice president, supply, trading, sales and transportation. He has nearly 25 years of experience with the company and has held several positions in engineering, operations, planning and economics, financial analysis and strategic planning.
In another move at Sunoco, Vincent J. Kelley was named senior vice president, refining. He joined the company in 2000 as manager of the Philadelphia refinery and was named vice president, Northeast refining in 2001. He previously worked for ExxonMobil in a variety of operations.
