Gaj previously worked as treasurer for five years with NCS HealthCare Inc., a publicly held national distributor of pharmaceutical products. Before that, he held senior financial management positions with United Screw & Bolt Corp., Sealy Corp. and Hauserman Inc. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick.

InfoCision Management Corp. promoted Nate Drushell to vice president of marketing.
He was previously director of marketing in the company’s nonprofit division. He is credited with exceeding 2005 sales goals and leading the nonprofit division to expand the client base, as well as helping oversee the Christian division. He has been with the company since 1997.

The board of directors of Access Inc. named Sylvia Hines executive director following the retirement of Barbara Reiter.
Hines brings experience from positions with the YWCA in both Northern and Southern California. During the past 20 years, she was director of a shelter for homeless women and children, CEO of the YWCA of Glendale, Calif., and executive director of the YWCA in Palo Alto, Calif. She most recently worked as executive director of the Support Network for Battered Women in Sunnyvale, Calif.

Diebold Inc. named Charles E. Ducey vice president, global development and service. He previously worked as vice president of Diebold Global Customer Service Solutions. He has worked for the company since 1978 and has held field and home office positions including vice president, service operations and finance for the North American sales and service division. He also previously worked as Diebold’s vice president and corporate controller.

Albrecht Inc. elected James P. Nilsen president and treasurer. He rejoined the company last year as vice president, treasurer and secretary. From 1982 to 1998, he served as secretary and treasurer of The Fred W. Albrecht Grocery Co. and as treasurer and board member of Albrecht Inc. from 1984 to 1998. Between posts with the company, he served seven years as executive vice president for Kenworth truck dealership operations in Richfield, where he previously worked as a controller in the late ’70s and early ’80s.
