WinnScapes Inc. has opened a division of its business called WinnBusiness Park, a 15.5-acre development site for warehouse, office and storage buildings. WinnBusiness Park, in Gahanna, backs to the existing WinnScapes office and nursery. “The way I look at it is that I have fabulous commercial property sitting idle,” says WinnScapes CEO Rick Winnestaffer of his new commercial development venture. “Let’s put it to good use and make it a more valuable asset over the long haul.” Ohio Water and Waste Supply Co. Inc. of Dublin has signed on as the park’s first tenant.

Circa Productions Inc. will be the anchor tenant in a new audio-production facility in Dublin. Robertson Construction of Newark will build the facility, which was designed by F.A. Goodman Architects of Columbus.
