Zotec Partners was born in 1998 from
the entrepreneurial spirit of T. Scott
Law. While a senior executive at Anthem, he recognized an outstanding
opportunity to purchase the Electronic
Billing Center from Anthem when the company decided to exit the medical billing
business.

Law recognized the
power and potential
of this software and
understood how he
could build a business around it, a
business that could
flourish in the challenging field of health care. Today, the
EBC remains Zotec’s foundation and
anchors many innovative software solutions, positioning the company as an
industry leader.

Law faced many of the same obstacles
