OM Group Inc. appointed Kenneth Haber interim CFO following the resignation of R. Louis Schneeberger.
Haber has worked on a number of projects for the company’s chairman since February, including helping the company to develop its new and rigorous planning/budgeting process, as well as establishing key performance metrics.
Haber brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, general management, strategic design and implementation, and mergers and acquisitions. The bulk of his career was spent with the Sherwin-Williams company in positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in his most recent position as vice president, international, coatings division.
Joseph M. Scaminace, chairman of the board and president and CEO of OM Group, expects the transition to be seamless.

Haber graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also earned an MBA from the Weathered School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is a CPA.
MOEN INC.
Moen Inc. hired Nancy Uridil as senior vice president, operations.
Uridil will provide strategic leadership for Moen’s operations teams.
She joins Moen from Este Lauder, where she served as senior vice president, global quality assurance and supply chain. She began her career with Procter & Gamble. From there, she joined Mary Kay Inc. as senior vice president of manufacturing.
Uridil earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.
EATON CORP.
Mark McGuire joined Eaton Corp. as vice president and general counsel.
McGuire joins Eaton from International Paper Co., where he had been vice president and deputy general.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Steven J. Demetriou joined the OM Group Inc. board of directors.
Demetriou is chairman and CEO of Aleris International Inc., a $2.5 billion North American manufacturer of rolled aluminum products and a global leader in aluminum recycling and the production of specification alloys.
METROHEALTH SYSTEM
MetroHealth System appointed Barbara B. McBee to the new position of vice president, support services.
McBee has more than 20 years of experience in health care management. Most recently, she worked as director of risk management and corporate compliance at University Hospitals Health System Bedford Medical Center. Prior to that, she was vice president at UHHS Bedford.
McBee earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Cincinnati, a master of science degree in nutrition from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
GRAFTECH INTERNATIONAL LTD.
Julian Norley was promoted to senior corporate fellow for GrafTech International Ltd., the highest R&D scientist position in the company.
Norley achieved international recognition during his tenure as GTI director of technology. He has received five U.S. patents, with another 17 pending. He has also served as a guest speaker at national and international industry conferences.
He earned his bachelor of science and Ph.D. degrees in metallurgy from Imperial College, London, and has more than 20 years of experience in carbon and graphite science.

Frank J. Sadowski was named to the board of trustees of Isaiah’s Promise, a nonprofit agency providing adoption services.
Sadowski is partner-in-charge of the tax department at Ciuni & Panichi, Inc., a regional accounting and consulting firm.

BENDIX COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SYSTEMS
Chuck Eberling received the Linda Fehlman Award, the most prestigious award given out by Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems.
Eberling is a principal engineer at the company.
The annual honor is given to the employee who best exemplifies the international company’s values of customer focus, integrity, teamwork, leadership and performance. The award was established in 1995 in memory of a Bendix senior leader who died battling cancer.
