James Carroll, a member of Rothman Gordon, won election as president-elect of the board of governors of the Allegheny Bar Association. Carroll was also elected to membership in the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Phyllis Pocopio, a member of the firm, will chair the workers’ compensation section of the Allegheny County Bar Association for the 2003-2004 term.
