David E. Driver was appointed vice president of financial services of Wexner Heritage Village, a not-for-profit provider of health, housing, social and spiritual services serving older adults. Driver assumes chief financial officer duties and leadership in various projects.

The Ohio State University Health System has been named one of the nation’s top health care networks for its use of Internet communications technology to better serve patients, medical staff and external businesses. Ohio State was the only hospital system to make the list, compiled by Hospitals & Health Networks, the journal of the American Hospital Association.

Bank One has promoted Daren Maloney to vice president, corporate banking. Maloney has been with Bank One for 12 years and most recently served as vice president of small business banking in Central Ohio.

Vincent J. Tersigni has become chair of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs LLP’s employment law practice group. Tersigni exclusively represents employers in both the public and private sectors. Thomas R. Trotter has become co-chair of the business law practice group. His expertise is in public finance, including tax and securities law analysis.
