The company started with 15 employees equipped with little more than card
tables and cell phones to take on more
than 600 competitors.
The fledgling company did not have
resources for marketing, so it had to
demonstrate its
capabilities to win
new clients.
Under Faut’s leadership, the company
has implemented systems to streamline
its services from the beginning of a project through billing, all while maintaining
the flexibility to adapt to each client’s
needs.
The company’s project teams work
with clients to get to know their industry, markets and business objectives to
create a personalized project.
3D Exhibits also uses Web-based services to enable clients to review their
inventory and floor plans, store account
information, view schedules and budgets, and place orders online.
Even as the company has continued to
grow, Faut, the president and majority
shareholder of the organization, is determined to remain true to the core philosophy of taking care of the client and providing a quality product that is priced

He has transformed the company into
an operation with more than 175 clients
and 90 employees operating out of a
250,000-square-foot facility in Elk Grove
