For better or for worse!
Anyone considering getting married knows that one of the statements in the marriage vows basically says I am fully committed to this relationship during the good times and the bad times. I will stick with you for better or for worse.
I also think anyone considering working in an environment where there are internal and external customers also needs to take what I would call Customer Service Vows. We all can provide customer service when customers are at their best but can you provide the same level of service when they are at their worse?
