No Pain! No Change!

When you are calling on new opportunities that are using the same product or service you are attempting to provide, your first step is to find out if they are experiencing any challenges with customer service, quality or delivery from their current provider and if so how is that effecting them (financially, operationally, personally etc.).
That is how you will discover if there is sufficient pain for them to consider making a change to you. No Pain! No Change!
