Located near the state Route 615 and Interstate 90 interchange, this development on 380 acres in the City of Mentor will feature more than 600 single-family homes and condominiums. The unique residential and commercial development will also consist of 170,000 square feet of office space, including the new headquarters for Avery Dennison’s Roll Materials Worldwide and Fasson Roll North America divisions, and 220,000 square feet of retail space. More than 50 percent of the entire development will be undeveloped green space. Actual development at this site could span over eight years, and it would be the largest single development ever in Lake County. Fully built, the project would be valued at an estimated $250 million.
