Heads or Tails?
At a recent training session when I was talking about “The Power of Attitude,” I referred to attitude as Heads or Tails. I am a firm believer that the attitude that you bring to work or home is a choice. You may even have a valid reason for being negative; however, it’s still a choice you make, and it will definitely affect your performance.
So the question is: What side of the coin are you choosing, heads or tails?
