Benjamin Disraeli, who was a British prime minister in the late 1800’s, said, “The secret of success in life is to be ready when the time comes.”
If you expect to be successful in the sales profession, you also have to be ready when the time comes. Make sure that you are putting in the time to plan, prepare and practice prior to your sales call or you will be setting yourself up for failure.
